Just a question about my flash tuner 1. i have 1 generic tune when i bought it. first time i plugged it in i had the P1 led lit to indicate that tune. i installed no problem. i have recently installed the factory tune again in which the F led lit up, installed no problem but when i tried to reinstall the generic tune only the F led is illuminated. Is this normal or has the generic tune been lost somehow ?

Any time you plug the flash tuner into a car the F light will always come on no matter which tune is loaded into the ecu.
The first time you plugged it in the 1 light would have come on as there would have been no factory tune loaded into the box at the point, as it copies your factory tune the first time you flash the car and then stores it in the F spot.

Your tunes should still be in the box unless the box has had a failure, you need to plug the box in (the F light will come on) and then press 'Select' to select which tune you want to load, after loading the light for the tune you have just loaded will stay illuminated, next time you plug in the flash box thr F light will show.
