Default Au Wagon Starting problem

I have an auto AU falcon wagon that sometimes doesnt want to start. Usually when this happens i move the Tbar through all the gears, after doing that a couple of time its usually starts. Is there anything in particular i should replace?

Neutural switch or the inhibitor switch on the side of the gear box seams to be causing the problem

On the passanger side of the gear box
