wats easier to fit 302 windsor or a 351 clevo? |

hi mate
well from my past talks with mates of mine they said 302 is good ..but i thought there was not much diffrance from the 302 to the 351.. are you putting a clevland in or windsor .... no mater what you put in it will fly........

well i aint 2 sure. they say windsor is easier 2 fit is it true? wats ur opinion thats why i need a bit of help

hi
If you Google it there will be lots of threads come up there is plenty of helpful info out there. The difference in the Cleveland & Windsor is the size and the weight look around all the info is easily found good luck |

The main reason the Windsor is used in smaller car projects is that it's narrower making it easier to fit into the engine bays of smaller cars. I'm unsure if it's lighter than a Cleveland engine.
As wombat says, Google will help. Try the search term 'Windsor vs Cleveland' and you will find as much info as you need (as well as plenty of heated discussion I suspect). Cheers Jamie |

thanks guys i will look into it....i am from melb and mite be looking to get a 302 windsor done some research now. would any1 know where i can find a 302 for a rebuild looking at those scat stroker kits

A bloke I knew many moons ago had a 302W backed up with a 5 speed in his TD. That car was a weapon!! Ate many Torries, Brocks and XWs to XDs. Looked very tidy under the bonnet too.
