Default Muscle car factory fire

The Muscle car factory in Mordialloc totally gutted this morning...
And uninsured!! (Hope no customers cars in there?)

Insurance costs would be huge, I've got cover for customers vehicles up to $500,000 in value but if I've got some earth moving equipment in there, two excavators and that's it my $500K is done.

It costs me $6233/year for that level, this dude would have probably needed $1.5M worth at a minimum.

rebuilding the zh fairlane with a clevo 400m 4v heads injected whipple blown with aode 4 speed trans to a 9" ....... we'll get there eventually

I’ve been following the Muscle Car Factory’s build of an Eleanor Mustang in the Unique Cars Mag for the last 4 issues.

I guess that’s the end of that article.

The customer cars should have their own insurance, well a smart owner would.
The building will be insurer by the land lord (assuming the victim doesn't own it)
Leaving the contents, which he will have no excuse for insurance.
His broker would have also sold him BI to cover the time the building can not be used.
