Just bought a LS CL 2006 Focus, is the fuel flap or fuel lid supposed to be lockable ? TIA

If it's like most late model Ford vehicles, it's an electromagnetic lock linked to the door locks so you can open it normally if the vehicle is unlocked but not otherwise.
