Had the joy of over taking an orginal Shelby Cobra this morning on the Monash Fwy.
Mind you through my 10k journey, I over took, slowed down, changed lanes, shadowed and ran any other peice of crap off the road that even came near us. That poor safeway truck driver had no idea what was going on when the kluger tried to squash it into the rails to make sure there was plenty of room. What a brilliant peiice of metal and grunt. It going to take me several hours to clean the interior of the kluger damm it though. Must be a show on somewhere, as there where several other mustangs following it.

Gary I think this might relate, especially the first part… old Citroen 2CV advert (sorry but a very shonky scan, the text is below)
FASTER THAN A FERRARI Traveling flat out @ 71.5mph the Citroen 2CV will easily overtake the Ferrari Mondial traveling @ the 65mph speed limit. AS MANY WHEELS AS A ROLLS ROYCE The 55,240 pound Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit. How many wheels? Four. The 2,584 pound Citroen 2CV. How many wheels? Exactly the same. MORE ROOM THAN A PORSCHE With a possible 30cu. ft. boot space there's no need for one of those plastic luggage racks on our little run-about. THE 2,584 pound CITROEN 2CV All you'll ever need in a car. |
