I just crashed the fez; my entire front is all mooshed :(
the bonnet's bent and won't close properly, the grill's messed up, the little circular thing (sensor?) has shattered and came off, and my licence plates are all bent plus theres dents everywhere :( |

yup im insured, full insurance :] ill have to wait till monday to get the quotes sorted out, i rearended my friends echo and his back bumper is all mooshed too =x
just found out my front bumper is all wierd now, theres nearli a 10cm gap between the bumper and the headlights =x hopefully itll get fixed at a cheap price (anyone here know good panelbeaters?) and if i can afford it; i want a respray to the reddish-orange colour i saw on the terroritory |

Damn, sorry to hear that. At least it sounds like you and your friend didn't get any serious injuries from this. But also sounds like you guys might of been playing around? Hope you get ur car sorted out soon.

Nope wasn't playing around, we were at the lights. and i didnt see the lights but saw him move so i left off the brake, sloping downhill and letting off the brake completely i slammed the brakes back on but too late.

seems all panelbeaters are closed on saturdays; ill take work off on monday and get all the quotes sorted out :]
it looks like a lot of dmg =X specially the bonnet and the bumper |

thats not a sensor in ya front bar.... its a plug that can be removed to fit a tow hook to tow your car with....

Hope it doesn't set you back too much. The dealer told me that Fiesta's are relatively cheap cars to repair considering its german made. I guess there are tons of them in OZ.

thats nothing, with all the talk in the first post i expected broken headlights and stuffed bonnet.
like it will be pricey to fix but still not what i expected. |

Helder, that thread title and the subsequent photos created one of the biggest Anti climaxes Ive experienced.
That small amount of damae doesn't warrant a respray, and insurance won't pay for a new colour. |

yeah i know that doesnt warrant a full respray; i was toying with the idea of having a full respray, i just dont like ink blue, enquired about it when i was grabbing quotes, lol the price was phewww. btw, has anyone ordered a front bumper from the uk yet? |

I hit a dog the other week in my focus....$1200 damage...need a whole new bumper and LH fog lamp.....the damage is nothing but needs a new bumper. At least its only something small for you

I got insurance too, the owner has to pay (lucky he was there). I shattered the dogs hip, so I think it had to be put down. Not to sure. Feel sorry for the dog, not the owner.
