Well after calder was called off on Friday night i had to wait another 2 sleeps to try the changes (LSD diff, new tyres.) on the Aussie Car Enhancements BA XT 3 valve sedan. Went to Heathcote today with the following results.
1 = 2.13 60ft 13.69 @ 99.12MPH 2 = 1.99 60ft 13.40 @ 104.07 MPH 3 = 2.06 60ft 13.56 @ 103.83 MPH 4 = 2.01 60ft 13.44 @ 99.98 MPH 5 = 2.04 60ft 13.54 @ 103.52 MPH 6 = 1.97 60ft 16.38 @ 71.38 MPH missed third gear 7 = 1.96 60ft 14.70 @ 91.59 MPH missed third gear again and Chris was next to me on this run when he ran the 11. I had the best seat in the house i guess but was frustated by missing 3rd gear again couldn't believe it. Oh well thats racing i guess. Packed up and went home after that. I achieved what i wanted for the day and that was to get under 13.5 and to see Chris run an eleven which he did. At this point i would like to thank Chris from Bluepower Racing Developments for his absolute honesty with helping me get this 3 valver moving along. We have spent a lot of hours developing this deal to a point where we are quite happy with the program. In the new year i will take it out to calder and really give it to it and i reckon this car will run 13.20's. Apparently it does a pretty mean burnout too. Thanks also today to Brinn for taking some video for us and to Mark (XRFPV8) for the bucket of chips. Regards Craig |

Most impressive this car is running the same numbers as a GT and has similar power..
Look out for this 3 valve Aussie Car Enhancements BA 13.40 @ 104 mph 1.99 60 foot this backed up with a 13.44 good driving 5 speed manual in full street trim....when Craig finds that 3rd gear we will see a 13.3... These XT V8's modded may become the Ford V8 bang for buck bargain. I heard today ACE will be doing some packages available for these 3 valves cars soon, so keep us posted Craig.. Well done ACE.
