whats so special about the black plates that have "HC ###" where # is a number? how come they can go in the bus lane? |

They're Hire Cars (HC)
Like an upmarket taxi. Down here in Vic., we have VHA ### plates. Vehicle Hire (VH). They get the same bus lane deal. |

Or just buy a taxi, get your taxi license, and make money WHILE cruising in the bus lanes :P
