Rims and studs

I just bought some rims 13x6 toyo kyogo race rims for my escort and they seem to be the right pattern, but they don't go on because the wheel studs are too small. I was wondering if this is a common problem with aftermarket rims, if so I will just go buy longer studs, if not I'll take the rims back.

I just got a set of twin carbies on a manifold and from the stock oil cap on the rocker cover is a hose that runs to the stock carby. Do I block it at the cap or just replace the oil cap to a closed one?

you can go and get some longer studs, that should work, but did the wheels come with wheel nuts?

did you get the from a dealer or private sale?

Most aftermarket sports air cleaners have provision for the breather to be fitted.

You should do this - do not block it off or use a non-breather type cap as it will not be good and could cause too high a crankcase pressure.

Could you provide pictures of this hose because I think I require one and am not sure what it looks like, thanks either way.

Mudbash it was privat sales but I got some longer studs and its all good.

Thanks, on a side note...
I think I am missing a few bits and stuff from my engine (such as an emission control system) which is required for a roadworthy and such.
I am not sure what type of engine I have (as far as I know it's a 1998cc 4cylinder).
If I provide pictures, do you think it would be worth (eventually) starting a new thread to gain help on what I need, or is it abit hard from just pictures.

I'd say you have the pinto then, it might work because there would be people on this forum who know jsut about everyting about teh pinto. Myself I wouldn't know because I've really only just started working on cars and havn't had the escort too long.
