Default Free batch photo resizer program

As the title says i am chasing a photo batch resizer. If anyone knows of a good program could you give me a link. I have done a bit of looking around on the web and find that most are shareware.

If you have office 2003 you have MS Office Picture Manager... Its in Office Tools

Office Picture Manager is the way to go! Hell of a lot better than poxy MS Paint.

It is very simple to use and will let you re-size multiple images in batches.
