Default Cruise Control ? and Gas just fitted

Hi Guys my Cruise Control on Dash Keeps flashing on and off ?

some times i seem to have control over it with the lever othertimes not ?

anything ever happened to anyone else before ?

Just had gas fitted and have had it running beautifully for 4-5 weeks now

thurs fri sat if in a low gear would backfire out of the air box it must be

misfiring ? i guess im taking it back to the gas fitters tom so will see what

happens hes going to stick it on the machine so im having to run it on petrol

now as petrol is easier to ignite

any thoughts please let me know

Cheers

Get the guy to retune it. He'll get it sorted ok.

As for the cruise, get someone to hold the brake on and you check out the tail lights. If one of your globes is broken, it can play havoc with the cruise system.

Hope that helps, let us know how you go.

Cheers,

GK

gas is very sensitive to spark make sure your leads and plugs are up to scratch as well as checking brake lights ive found a simple way is back up near a window at night to do this and see reflection through mirror

Not a bad idea at all!

Just don't reverse through the shop window or they'll think you're doing a smash and grab! LOL!
