Default Ok I Am New To Everything Lol

Hi there i have only just started posting on here, i have a ef xr8 170kw, i've put a herrods exhuast on it, i ant it running up near 200kw at the engine
Things i need to no:
What are these things and what advantage do they have by putting them in my car ?
CAM?
Pacemaker?
Pod in the Box?
Extractors?
chip and where can i get one from?

Explorer inlet manifolds, 65mm TB and GT40P heads will see 200 at the flywheel easy.

hey and welcome!
well the only thing on that list that i know anything about is the POD lol.
i have a POD filter on my ED but i havent got it in a box, ive just got it exposed.
mines therre mainly for looks and sound, but there ment to give you:
better throttle response
better fuel econamy
better induction sound.

Remebering though i am only 18 and i dont want anything ilegal 200RWK? wouldn;t that make it around 270KW at engine ? Well if u can give me a general price on those bits that owuld be awesome thanks mate Oh and reded i have seen your filter does look nice good work mate i might get me one how much the usually for a K&N pdod in box ?

Naw, 200 at the flywheel, as in engine.

Should be able to get heads, manifolds and TB for $1000 if you look hard enough. Might end up cheaper to get an AU engine and sell what you don't need. Fitting will cost a bit unless you do it yourself.

cheers mate thanks for that. only took my half an hours work.
im not sure about the K&N in a box, but my one was just a $25 pod from autobarn.

I believe the p-plater power regulations only apply to the vehicles standard power to weight ratio. For example legally you can get an EA and have it running 700hp, whilst you wouldn;t be allowed to buy a BA turbs as the standard power to weight ratio would exceed the limit. Stupid i know, but it's a good little loophole for us
