Default My proper intro/ new car

Hi guys.

I thought I'd give a bit of a proper intro. Seeing I now have a car.

I hail from Yarrawonga Victoria, but am up in Wollongong NSW for study.

Now the good stuff.

I have just brought a 1995 EF XR6 wagon 5 speed. Red in colour. Ford have given the nod that is one of 39 built. Full engine rebuild at 220kms, it now has 315kms

As far as they know they stopped after the EF. The EL front bar was put on after someone backed into the front and the previous owner replaced it with the EL one.

There are both ED and EF XR wagons. I'm gonna get onto ford and ask about production runs and numbers and such.

I just got the figures from ford. There was 174 ED XR6 Wagons built in 1993, 214 EF XR6 Wagons built in 1994 and 262 EF XR6 Wagons built in 1995.

Don't know how many where 5 speed.
