Default Anybody tried Holotropic Breathwork?

Well i just heard of this so called treatment today.
And I'm rather interested in it.
Sounds really bizzare.
Has anybody done it before?
Had any weird experiences?
Here's some links in case you don't know what it is.

Sounds new age and touchy feely, or in more common parlance, a waste of bloody time.

Keep your dough and buy yourself a few beers, you'll get a lot more soothing energy from that I'm thinking.

The apology is not required, you are not far off the mark at all.

I will leave that sort of stuff for celebrities and rock stars. Sounds a bit too Michael Hutchence for me.

Sounds a bit dangerous really, hyperventilate, geez, breath in and out in a paper bag for a few minutes, spin around 10 times and hold your breath, that will alter your state of mind for free
