They'll always be able to fit a few extra in, so come along anyway! They won't turn anyone away. The more, the merrier!

The dinner was a whole lot of fun! People's true colour were shown that night :P. The only lowlight of the night was that the place ran out of the damn prime ribs :( -sigh-

All and all it was a great night, it was good to meet the other Eurofordclub members and i'm glad that im part of the club. Thanks to Tim and his fiance (really sorry didnt catch your name!) to organize the pressies! Last but not least, thanks to Damo for organizing the booking of the place.

Top night!

Whata great night to finish off the year (well almost except for next weekend ;) )...as noted a HUGE THANKS to:

Tim & Erin: for doing the Kris Kringle

Damo: for working with Pietor in getting it all going and booking us in for dinner

Also great to meet the few of you whom I had not previously had the pleasure.

Everyone have a great Xmas and New Year, stay safe and drive safe.

I have been so flat out with the Street Fords shoot and moving house and work that I haven't had half a chance to reply to this thread yet!

Both Erin and I had a great time, and really appreciated everyone that came. Thanks for another great year guys! Did anyone get any photos of the night at all? Including the steamer we left on the plate! That was gold!

But it's time for the Eurofordclub Road Test!

Our testers on the evening put two high quality expensive products head to head! The Mitsubishi Evolution 8 or 9 Lancer Tommi Makinen edition (even though he hasn't been around for years, why not cash in on it!) with the front halfshafts removed and the mighty Honda Integra Type R with a RWD conversion were put to the test!

The plan was to race these mighty beasts head to head but our resident tester broke the Honda before any tests could be run! The Type R struggled to pull any power at all! Even with the rear tyres removed from the rim, the car couldn't muster any wheelspin and lost out badly to the Lancer.

The spokesman for Mitsubishi wouldn't let Todd near Lancer and it survived several head on collisions with surrounding features with only a bent numberplate!
The Honda not only left with a blown motor, but several other incidents it was involved in left the cars front bumper only half attached, and the drivers door struggling to close properly. Honda were not available for comment, and Todd has been banned from any further car testing.

Last year it was the Ford Fiesta versus the Ford Fusion, next year we'll be back with more fine cars to thrash and trash. At least noone left a wet fake **** in the back of one of the cars... unlike the dinner plates.

Till next year, peeps!
