Default no high beams on 93 TX5 Ghia

My new car's a '93 Telstar TX5 Ghia... I've just realised that the high beams don't work. The HB dash light doesn't even come on when I switch it on

Any idea what I can do to get it functioning?

after the fuse then there may be a dip switch problem
if you know the high beam part of the bulbs are ok
you need a volt meter to check where the power has stopped flowing

start at the fuse then read what voltage is at the bulbs
