Hey to all those Focus Guru's from above....so whats the stock exhaust size on a LR zetec anyway. My tuner said thats what really holding me back from making about 150kw at the wheels.

ohhh right okay. standard i think its just under 2 inch. id probably change it to maybe 2 1/4 or maybe 2 1/2

With the power you are now getting the standard exhaust would definately be holding you back. I'm not sure if a good free flowing exhaust would get you 150kw @ wheels, but I think atleast an extra 10kw is not out of the question.
I recently upgraded the exhaust on the XR5... and just with cat back exhaust an extra 9kw @ wheels was gained. Hi-flow cat and turbo dump pipe upgrade will be coming soon. So yeah... I would go atleast 2 1/2 inch in size and expect some extra power to come your way |

2.5" is the usual recommendation for forced induction.

Usually on road cars for naturally aspirated cars its 2 1/4 and for turbo cars its 2 1/2. If u get a new exhaust check they use the propper stainless steel i think its T304 and as all the others will say high flow cat etc will help lol.

I reckon 4inch atleast, don't worry about cats or mufflers they just cause a restrcition. Better yet just run dumb pipe only.
