May sound stupid but my cup holder sucks, when i plant the foot the drinks are fine but when i stop the cup holder flies down and the drinks fly out.
Is there any way to fix this up? |

There's a tech document or a thread in fordmods.com regarding "fixing" the EF/EL cupholders by cutting a notch into the cupholder arm and having a spring-loaded button there. When you pull up your cupholders, the button snaps into the notch, holding up the cupholder arm. Press the button and it releases and the arm is free to drop again.
Have a gander over there mate ;) |

One of the guys over here has actually grabbed some PVC pipe, and made his cup holders deeper so the drinks stay in. It's a bit of effort, but a hell of a lot better than the original ones. I haven't seen these spring loaded ones though. Might have to look into that.

No you're not a tight ****, you're sensible. Cars are for driving in (and occasional secksing). Eating and drinking (and occasional secksing) will of course lead to spills and other detrimental impacts on the interior.

Naw, glovebox is a good enough tissuebox holder. Besides, I'm running out of room in the car for new things :P (still have one more idea up my sleeve...) :
