Default Coldest Chrissy Day on record.

Melbourne got 14.5 today... Snow and ice in the hills... Weird weather man...

Damn it was cold...so i stayed inside all day in front of the heater, with my family and all we did was eat and drink!
Best way to spend chrissy i reckon

crazy as weather down there, white xmas !

up here at Coffs, it was 29degree at 8.30am at 93% humidity then the rain rolled in after lunch and near flash flooded. lol

can anyone post up some snow pics from your way ???

i feel sorry for people with cold chrissys. we were out here enjoying the rays with a nice bbq and drinks. great day for relaxing out in the sun. not too hot and not cold. about 30 today i reckon, it was raining in the morning but i wasnt up yet. i love n.s.w lol

and to think my kids got the mrs and I up @ 6am :( 6am wake up calls are painful when you have to work night shift that night. As soon as we were out of bed I cranked the heating to 25deg

It was bloody cold on Chrissy day (especially in the mountains where I live) ... woke up to the ground covered in hail which got me singing "white christmas" (which isn't pretty). We needed the rain though to help with the fires in the North East - those fire fighters have had a hard time up there and this was just the chrissy pressy they needed. Good on em and a big thanks for the teriffic job they do/are doing.
Still wish I was at the Gold Coast though!!!

Its bloody cold in Brisbane at the moment about 18 at the moment had to put a t-shirt on.

I will know real cold tommorow i fly to melb , mum said it was 10 yesterday

Yeah, they live in denial, and call it a freak of nature. My Uncle in England remarked the other day that he thought temps there were warm for this time of year. 10 dgrees in Birmingham the other day.
