Default WA EuroFord Drivers, Please Read

Guys,

I'm in the preliminary stages of gauging interest for a EuroFords WA Cruise in the New Year.
If there Is enough Interest..it may become a bigger thing than I initially expect.
Otherwise, We'll just keep it small, it'll be fun either way. Also, if you have any suggestions for where the Cruise can go etc.. Post up here or PM me :eclipsee_

G’day,

Me and some of the guys over at the XR5turbo forum are going on a short cruise on Saturday the 20th of January. We will be tackling some of the best bends that Perth Has to offer, between Canning Dam and Mundaring, before stopping for some dinner at Little Caesars (Pizza).

Anyway, you (and any other focus owners for that matter) are more than welcome to join us. Here is a link to the thread:

Cheers,

Simon.

ah good ol' Mundaring, I spent some time in WA in 2000 and had friends who lived up there in Mundaring, and right you are about some of the roads up there...very nice indeed

G’day Guys,

Yes you’re all very welcome to join us, as long as you enjoy driving and are passionate about Ford’s! At this stage the meeting point is looking like being at Quarry Park in Martin. I’m not sure if the gates will be open, but there is a turn around bay where the old Mills Rd used to go through, where we can all park up anyway.

Just be warned that Mills Rd East has been redirected fairly recently, and if you have a pre 2006 street directory, it may not be accurate. Anyway, if you don’t have the latest Street directory, here’s how to get there:

Turn off the Tonkin Hwy into Mills Rd East, and then go right at the first roundabout. Quarry Park is on the left as you go around a very tight left hander (just before Connell Ave on the right). If the gates are shut, then continue on for 100m and we will be parked up in the turn around bay.

Don’t worry about not keeping the pace, as a couple of us will have our better halves with us, and will probably be on our best behaviour anyway. We will also be supplying a map of the route, so no one gets lost, should they fall behind for some reason. Check the link I posted earlier for updates, and I Hope to see you all there at 4.30 pm.
