Default Help with door locks

Hey people can anyone shed any light on my door locks when you try and lock them either by remote or manualy with the key it will pop back open again and make that beeping noise as if a door was open ?
Any idea's my mates does simialr but he can lock it by the key but mine wont even lock if you hold the key in the lock position.

You need to adjust the door lock sniper knobs, doors unlocked rip them up and off with a bit of careful effort, then sit them back in, and push em down with door closed, door will lock, now give it a quick thump with your hand, should now behave.
