Default gas and turbo

probably been asked before, but meh...

if you turbo a car which is on straight gas, would you still need an epa cert? this is for victoria. just had an idea for a project/new daily and i thought i'd ask the pro's first

yep,
but its much easyer to pass cause you don't have to get a lean tune and extra cats dyno time etc etc

lol. before i do the turbo conversion, i'll have to change the colour of the door handles, what colour would you recomend? also, will a quicksilver sticker add much rwkw? thanks
