Default HANDHELD SCANNER FREQ's

Hi guys, i have had my scanner now for a while its the new Uniden one... don't know the exact specs but it is a good one apparently.

ANYWAY, I only use it for work at the moment ( truck driver ) and it comes in handy.. but are there any other Freq's i can lock onto that are interesting?
I know the Plod have gone Didge ' e ' tal now so thats no fun.

POST UP YOUR FREQUENCIES PLEASE.

go to DickSmith and buy the latest copy of Scanner Frequencys (or what ever its called).
it lists ALL registered frequencies in Australia.
should be around $40 from memory.

check this out http://members.optusnet.com.au/extre.../austpage.html

i use to have an analogue one for the fuzz (cops) then the coppers went digital here in Melb and no more signal.

the digital scanners they sell for nearly some good car parts don't pick them up coz their frequency is encrypted like the Australian Federal Police.

the only way you can hear cops in Melbourne is to pinch one of their hand helds.

Anyone know anything different I would love to know???
