well most of you kno im building my new motor. ive got a few questions.
1) can i use the ef timing case cover? 2) can the oil pump hex rod be put in after the pump has gone on or before 3) how do u put the stupid thing that goes into the dizzy hole back in correctly. (john maybe able to shed some light here?) 4) anyone know anything about the t5 bellhousing were the clutch hole fouls on the sump. is it just a grinder job or somthing else? thanks josh

can anyone help with the doohicky that goes in the dizzy hole? i think its a cam angle sensor?

the cam angle sensor, i just put it back in, didnt allign anything.
put it in, rotated it so taht the bracket that holds it in fitted up. i don't think its overly important. i think stockstandard ran with it disconnected for along time.

ah ok then thats not a worry. can anyone recommend a easy way to remover the hex rod that goes into the oil pump without taking the sump off?
