Not much at all. Maybe 2-5kW at the engine if you're lucky.

It depends I prob gained 10rwkw's from exhaust on my car but being an EL XR that would make a considerable difference! Its an EA unless u have a spare $10,000 it'll still be slow (J/K)! Just do it up as a nice cruiser she looks great, I love the kit on it,just do the exhaust, air intake, and then WADE regrind if u can afford it and that's about all the cheap performance mods u can do!! well its an ED anyway.
talking to a mate that used to have a car exactly the same. he suggested basically the same things. exhaust extractors and then a cam.
i figgure i might as well wait and just get it all done at once.
so what would be a reasonable price for each?
he said he paid $120 for his cam but that was few years ago.

well iv got the exhaust done for $240. sounds awsome goes great.

and today i decided to search for the electric aerial we wer going to put in our old ea over 12 years ago.
brand new still in package never even been opened.
so i just saved $160

now iv got something to play with and fill in the non bussy days
