Default Scoop?

hi guys just wondering if you think a scoop would look any good on the e-series? It's not a huge scoop, its not really wide or anything. Its about 400mm x 300mm . I cant get a pic cuz its at the shop im just wondering if it would look any good. Opinions?

Only if it's functional. If it's just there for looks, then consider it rice.

Josh's car looks tough with the scoop, but I think it would look better if it was reversed... but thats just me, I love the cowl induction style scoops on Camaro's, and the aftermarket type that you see on Fox body Mustangs...

EDIT - This is the style I am refering to... this is for a 97 Camaro, but you get the idea...

A little too tall, for my tastes... 2" is all you need IMO

I wouldn't mind a cowl induction "HO" scoop off a 1983 mustang

Dammit, can't find the pic I'm after, might post it up tonight after work

Josh's scoop is growing on me ;)

Dave aka Thanatos (rarely posts anymore) has put a nissan patrol scoop on his EA. Looks tough as, tho the pic i have isn't all that great...

Perhaps if Dave is reading he can post up a proper pic...

Scoops suk sideways

Why would you want to put a scoop on, it doesnt have a top mount cooler or anything

If you really want to put something on the bonnet, put a bonnet buldge

I think we need some photoshops done to see how different scoops look on the EA - ED and EF - EL...

Some things that would suit the rounded EF - EL, wouldn't suit the squarer EA - ED... and visa versa...

Personally, I think the cowl induction style suits everything

Forgot to post these last night (check out the ugly mole in the top pic!):

I reckon one of these would suit an EA-ED bonnet
