Default mystery wires

I found these mystery wires to while I was doing a bit of a clean of the engine bay does anyone know what they are for?

They are just to the left of the brake master cylinder.

no idea, thats a weird **** plug.

That's the diagnostic plug, supposed to be there, ED's and EF's have them in the fuse box inside the car.

I dont know if the cruise control works I never use it.
