I've been working in Malaysia so it's been a while since I've posted an updated. These are pics I took at All Ford Day. I received a Certificate Of Merit which I am very happy with considering I got my car back from the paint shop half a day before the day to prepare.
Also if you remember I ordered the Sparco front strut brace which is now installed. Also I had whiteline custom make a rear sway for for me and I also have that installed. No pics of the brace or sway bar as yet, only picked up my car today and haven't had time to take pics. The brace and swaybar combo work really well, much more stiffer and less flex. I felt the difference straight away. Handles much better helps reduce the understeer. So anyone wondering if the Sparco brace fits, it does! Also you can order a whiteline swaybar for the Cougar now. Going back to Malaysia this Thursday for two weeks so I'm hoping to post pics of the brace before I leave. Cheers everyone. |

Angelo,
Looks awesome as always! Glad you got an award too for your efforts I'll be looking forward to getting mine back... not from any modification work, but another electrical bug with the fuse again! Dan

It's the same problem this time. I have no first hand experience fixing this issue aside for giving the car to a Ford dealer for a week so they can isolate the problem, source a new door actuator and replace it. Thank God for the Extended Warranty or else I'd be feeling even more sour about owning a Cougar at the moment :(
