there pretty much the same fronts, have a close look at a ba front around the headlight area then have a look at the Au Xr not much different. It will fit my opinion

Personally I wouldn't use anything from SS Reductions (the quality just is not their in my opinion, but the price certainly is....) as said above try the G&D or Bluepower CAI's. Failing that I would also think that a BA box with the 2nd intake is worth a try as well.

If they make one for the au I think the biggest difference would be a reduction in size where it meets the intake pipe

My car is a forte and i didnt have to SQUASH THE FLEXI PIPE AT ALL,it comes out right next to the air deflector in the bottom of the bumper and air is directed straight into the pipe and i run the snorkel too.The path is slightly longer than an xr but does the same job. :

Also have a chat with Jeff at Pole Position (site sponsor) as I believe that they are working on something too.

I just had a look on the Di Filippo website, and they have a ready made pipe setup available for the AU I6. Only thing is, i still cant seem to see what they have done about the rocker cover breather pipe! Might have to be a diy job then.

Thanks for the tip on them Evan

No problem Nathan! Did you happen to catch a price on those by any chance? I looked around but couldn't see one myself?

unless you have a 200kw+ engine the only gains you'll get are noise and looks

$395! What?! An exhaust shop would do one for half that.

Anyway, you'll have to post pics of it once it's fitted.

Four Hundred Dollars!!!! Thats pure insanity for a couple of bent pipes! Is that straight from Di Filippo or through Jim Mock? If thats how much they are, no thanks. I recon if i tried hard enough i could get a nice cam for that much!!
