i had a unichip put in my xr6 as my brother works at dynomotive and i definatly felt a bit more power but i had so much better fuel economy after it was installed i was gettin heaps more k's out of a tank

Hell yes! My EA has the best economy out of any petrol Falcon I've ever owned.. so that's definitely making some sort of statement.
