about 400km (highway) on a tank (68L) of '91. Using an EA2 CFI. Around town that figure's MUCH worse.

I get around 6.5l/100 in the city so that works out to 700km on 45 litres and thats on BP Ultimate. I normally keep revs between 2,500 and 4,500.

Danny lucky you ask that question I just did that today coming home from work. Got 70k's with the light on. The last bar went off at about 60k's. This time when I filled up I got 43.5l into the tank. So I recon I should be able to get 700+k's from a full tank of optimax.
fordel yeah change to premium it might be more pricey but you get heaps more k's out of the tank. |

I have had my Fiesta a month. I get 510kms, before the low fuel light comes on. That still leaves 6 litres in the tank. That is running on Vortex. No Optimax in my area.
That works out to 39mpg, not bad for a small car. The FESTIVA got 32MPG. So, how do you get 600+ per tank ???????? |
