Default help please on ef xr6

hey i just got a ef xr6 what are some good mods to do to the engine with out spending thousands.

the easiest and common ones are tickford intake snorkle, extractors, shift kit if its auto, then from there things like diff ratio and histall converter if its an auto.

air intake. get your local exhaust guy (or whoever can bend pipe) 3 inch pipe bent with a bracket welded on to it to screw down where the original pipe was(just to the side of the shock tower) with a pod filter on the end.

Also a wade cam (site sponser), 2.5 inch cat back exhaust, Extractors, LArger intake snorkel (xr6t or AU3 xr8). If you are going to run a pod filter run it inside your original box other wise you will be sucking hot air out of the engine bay and loosing performance. Its also illegal to have them exposed.

they have el gt snorkels from factory, and already come with 345 lsd.



just slap an exhaust on it, with extractors and 2.5" cat for fuel economy, if you want more power at the wheels + fuel economy, convert it to manual :P there is an ef xr6 manual ecu for sale in the forums atm too, rare finds.
