I have an ED Gli with a low series cluster and the plastic window in front of it is all dirty.
I was wondering what is the procedure for removing that windows and cleaning it? |

I just removed 3 screws at the top.
The panel is coming away from the top but isn't moving at all around the bottom. Also how do I get it past the steering wheel? |
