Not in that car! All it's got listed is an exhaust, chip and super duper air intake - who cares. And he thinks he's gonna pull 15k for it....

SORRY FOR THREAD HIJACK.....
Tochi.. why is the xr going in for the dyno day and not the UTE??

Cheers

Craig

..

and as for the thread.. I would agree that 220 rwhp would be a bit much without more engine work..

220HP at the wheels is more likely...

$15,000 is still a rip IMO... Looks like a nice car though.

Yeah, but you forget that it's got a cold air intake with a 9" pod filter...People seem to forget just how much power these give you. I personally have gained 69mph over the 1/4 with 3 of these.

my ef xr6 running: 1636 cam. pacemakers, 2.5" exhaust, K&N flat filter, the XH intake, and tuned with an EMS8860 is only pushing 200rw HP (not kw) ... he's only tricking himself hopefully, id hate to be a buyer of that and find the real power out on a dyno

he doesnt say 220kw at the wheels... he just says 220kw so itll be at the motor... which works out to be around 165-170rwkw. Where does he say this 220kw is at the wheels?

Regardless, unless he's got a fairly big cam that he hasn't mentioned in the ad (which I doubt given the money he's quoted as being spent), then he's talking crap.

XH snorkles enter the top of the airbox, EF-EL and EB-EL V8 snorkels (and Tickford/GT equivalents) enter the bottom of the airbox ;)

However comparing a "kw" figure to a "rwkw" figure, one would assume that both figures are meant to be rwkw.

220kw would be roughly what Grechie has at the flywheel ;)
