Default my EF FAIRMONT now at 14.18... at 97.14MPH

ran again last night...

ran a 14.4..

so extremely happy... stiil on full interia and 19s...

air temp 12 degrees at WSID last night.. raced a mate in his EL xr six with just a cam extractors exhaust intake for a 14.4... too

No, the timer doesn't start when the light goes green, it starts when your front wheel breaks the beam.

Thats an excellent time, by both yourself and your mate... What has been done engine wise?

I have some work to do... my PB is a mid 17... lol :P

slicks and a lil weight saving could prob net a flat to high 13 possibly.... but i like having a very close to street driven car pulling the times i do atm...

heavy duty valve springs..
over size exhaust an inlet valves..
ported polished and shaved head..

launch hard??? LOL... at about 3000rpm and ease out the clutch balancing grip with a lil wheel spin..

you may pull slightly more kw on a dyno and a worked ba i6 will always have the advantage over a sohc six but helping mine get off the line quicker -helps having an e-series which is considerably lighter than a ba...

I'm hoping for 13's after more open heart surgery on the boat anchor. Bloody sick of those low 14 second time slips!
