Finished building my New exhaust for my Mid sized Quad bike to replace the chit factory unit.
It's a 250cc Pushrod OHV. The system is made out of 316 stainless steel, 31.6mm tube back into into a 3-inch Hollow Muffler then reduced down to 35mm Straight out the back, It's all fully Tig welded and internally Argon gas purged during welding to give a nice clean finish on the inside of all joins. Apart from being alot louder than i was expecting, and for a 250cc engine in my books it pumps out a fairly Kick A R S E sound, hear is a sound shot only revved it to half throttle , It a bit average as i took it off my phone. Link Cheers

That sounds pretty loud for a 250, I take it that you didn't bother with the spark arrestor or fibreglass packing? Has it changed the performance at all, and if so did you need to richen up the mixture/rejet to feel any gains? Any chance of getting some photos of the exhaust and/or quad? Good job on doing it yourself too.

It feels a little bit happier to rev and dose feel a little more tokey, thou haven't taken it out yet, only a wheelie in the back yard, properly go out this weekend hopefully.
No mate, no packing, the muffler is more a Expansion chamber to promote some scavenging, than a Muffler, cause it don't do much muffling LOL I think it always ran a bit rich when you got on the gas, so by freeing up the exhaust flow it is better than it was before. Will try and get a photo or 2 up tomorrow arvo.
