Hey guys. I'm getting my dodgey steering rack replaced with a rebuilt one tomorrow and when I asked the guy how long I should expect a rebuilt one to last he said about 2 years! I was like "WTF! Thats BS"... is this true or is he just being a dodgey brother thinking I'd actually take it back in 2 years for a replacement? ;-)

I think it will depend on how many times you turn the wheel, how often you check PS fluid and top up as necessary etc. But 4 years is probably more likely.
