So it's an eBay link, BUT I want to know more about it and what it actually is, lol!

Found this wheels magazine on eBay from 1968 with an interesting pic in it..

no it was powered, called the Taylor Aerocar, built by the yanks in the late 40's if i remember correctly. could get up to around 10,000ft on a good day, lycoming O-290 powered with a pusher propeller
