still, $140 is better than the $300+ something they normally go for!

No lay-by??? DAMN!!!
****ed me off too....especially as it's off pay week for me.

Like if they've had them for this long, whats a few more weeks ?!?!

I think my g/f has plans to buy one for me, despite the fact she finds it horribly tacky haha.

Oh, they also have Holden ones for those that way inclined.

I got one from Ringwood today $149 and they said the usual price was $250.

They only had two so that means one left (unless also sold). I have to say I think they seem to be very good quality and a perfect size for me. It is my new office chair at work, my work will be paying for it as I need a new chair and for the price it is brilliant.

thats what i wanna hear mate...considering i bought mine without even sittin in it, or seeing it in real life first! but i had to get it before they sold out, and went back to the original price.

if your work was paying for that 1, you shoulda scored 1 for home as well...and you'd have em at both places but only pay for 1...that'd be sweet.

mine was $149.87, and my mum said that when a price at target etc ends in .87 its a clearance item...

cant wait till i get it...

Hi Dez

It reminds me of the GT-P seats (I know they are not the same thing). Work paid for it because that is where it will be used. I also own half the business so it was not like I had to go and ask permission first from my boss.

The back of the chair is great because it is high enough for me. Plus it looks cool, some clients won't like it but they can accept that it makes me happy.

g/f found it tacky. She thought the look of a car seat for a chair was strange. I reckon its alright. She says she's gonna buy it for me anyway....

My current chair sucks so it's gotta be an improvement.

I had a $249 chair from 2001 - 2004. It broke unfortunatley, so now I've got a $88 BigW Leather one. Seems good so far, but can't match my old chair at anything. Next time I buy a chair.. I'll have to look into the Ford Racing one. The only thing that sucks is no arm-rests! I must have arm-rests!

lol. probably do-able...

the bottom of the chair just a wooden base, so screwing brackets on would be easy....probably not very safe though lol

Mine's still at my parent's house. I moved my computer back here when I moved house last time because I didn't have a desk. Now I do, and my girlfriend won't let me move it into my place! ("Its sooooooo ugly")

Well, we've been together over 6 months, the chair and I have been together over 18. Tough descision you might think? Well, she's on notice...

Buy a FORD throw rug to put over the top so she can't see it then you can keep chair clean and just wash rug when it gets too many farty smells in it. Keep the chair and the girl. : :eclipsee_

I think that six would make cool dining room chairs...

Hey BA Turbs, I noticed that you mentioned "my place", so it's about time your girlfriend let you have your chair, I'm sure she has 'girly' stuff floating around somewhere

I've got one as well. Pretty comfy too...

I came home from work one day and it was sitting in the office in its box. The missus saw it at target and thought i'd like it. She's an awesome chick :

I've got the Ford throw rug, that's about as popular as the chair!

At 4.50pm this afternoon I became the proud owner of a new Ford chair. :

There are 4 left at Target Brimbank (Deer Park).

I got a few weird looks as I was pushing a trolley with a Ford chair in it wearing my FPR jacket and blue and white trackies.

I paid the same amount this afternoon, I think I might go and get another on Monday. It doesn't look like they're going to be carrying them anymore, I went into the office furniture section and they had none in there. They were all out the front of the store with the executive chairs.

Soooooo comfy...
