Talking Location of radiator tap EBII?

Can someone tell me if there is a radiator tap and where it is on an EB2 4.0?

as in something to empty the radiator?

there is a plastic nut on the drivers side tank. you can get to it from under the car. 13mm i think it is. this will drain all the fluid, there is no tap but. unless you mean radiator cap???

if the raditor has been replaced, some of them don't have a drain hole.
my orignial one did, but the replacement didnt.
so yeah, take lower radiator hose off

or if you mean the heater tap its under inlet manifold to the back near the gear box
