What are you wanting, power or looks ?
What is cheap, $200 to some is cheap others its a fortune.

XH intake snorkel and 2.5 inch exhaust would be the best place to start, with extractors, cam, and headwork the next steps.
Thermofans and a broad band manifold could also help if you are mechanically minded.

XH snorkle = about $35 max from Ford
2.5" exhaust cat back should cost about $250 max mandrel bent and fitted. Extractoes/headers, for pacemakers $350 - $400 new

all sounds too easy, i probably wouldnt be able to do it but, lol. i wouldnt even be able to put on the snorkal. haha
