Default Fairlane Weight

Anyone know what a Fairlane weighs in relation to a Falcon sedan and/or a ute?
Just wondering as we ran a 13.5 in our blown G220 last night at the Perth Motorplex, Mystery Monday. Quite happy, but was expecting a little better. Am guessing the extra weight was quite a handicap. Was not a particually fast night and got a lot of wheelspin. Will post some footage when I have re-charged the camera batteries.

Go here: http://www.redbookasiapacific.com/au...mily=PSFAIRLAN

From there just pick your year and model and the weights should be down the bottom. Then just click on "compare vehicles" on the top left to pick other cars

Well done on the time, i know i would be shocked to be taken at a set of lights by a G220 so thats a nice sleeper there

As I thought, the Fairlanes a bit of a lardy

Kerb weight:
Fairlane = 1835kg
XR6 Turbo = 1690kg Sedan
XR6 Turbo = 1577kg Ute
XR8 = 1577kg Ute.
