What!! no spares... a job is not complete without a couple of spares! Any rattles??.. I had mine out today (to put a new GPS in) and now I have a spare clip and screw complete with washer. No rattle either. Cheers - Eric ps love the black |

Dont worry the purpose of that scew, clip and washer will reveal itself as the dash pops out of place whilst pulling through the drive through at maccas..lol

Nope Eric, no spares bits this time, but I did find out today when I got home that along the top of the video screen, in the centre, there is a gap (about 1.5 inches). In the old one this has a cover but there was no cover with the new parts.
Oh well next time I am at Con's I will ask him to pull it out again and put this in, then he could also have a go at straightening the out of line button. Unless I get crafty and find a way to put it in by poking it in with a slip of thread arround it and hope it will be able to be pulled in place. |
