the picture isnt moving. print it out and it'll do exactly the same thing....
they're optical illusions, and there are heaps of them ill see if i can find any of the 1's i have and host em up here we go

Hehehe, those sort of optical illusions are cool.
Mind you, I think I'd try and avoid them after a few drinks, I get the feeling they'd make me throw up if I'd had a few too many drinks before viewing them!
