I've got a Mk2 2dr 2lt in decent condition, but defected for mechanical issues that i can't be bothered with the hassle of fixing for Regency.
Will be stripping it over the coming weeks. If anyone needs some parts, let me know and I'll see if I have it. Shell (stripped bare) is also for sale and is perfect for getting back on the road, resto or rally car. $500 Can negotiate on extras over and above just the bare shell. Email any interest.

Hi,
Im here in SA and am doing a resto on a mark 11 2-door escort. Im looking for a donor shell in good nick and a few odd bits and pieces. Any chance I could come have a look at the shell? My e-mail is sutt0071@flinders.edu.au. Any pics would also be appreciated. Cheers, Drew |

Pretty good cond. Honest opinion.... Rust wise it seems quite good. P/Side floor has rust about size of 10c piece, this is all I've found in the floor. Bit in top d/side boot corner, p/side qtr window area has a bubble and d/side rear qtr down low in wheel arch has broken out in rust. Tiny bit on d/side boot well and surface rust on boot floor. It has/had a black plastic mat over the heater dome section. Which has got some rust, and a previous repair to the dome itself. By no means terminal, but would need fixing if it's to pass a vehicle inspection here in SA I'd assume. Its all only bubble rust except for boot well, the little bit in passenger floor and heater dome area. What parts do you need?

the parts i would be interested in is just things that you may have lying around that you know will help in the rebuilding of it.. i do have a wreck available to pinch parts off...( my first car ) so parts are not urgently needed. im living in a unit at the moment so i will get to you shortly when i find a suitable storage place.. about 5 days.
any way cheers for that |
