Can't keep anything these days.
I'm quoting for PDR on the door and paint repair on the front bar. Probably a waste of money (coz it'll happen again I'm sure) but I get the shits when I look at these things. If they're not there I'd be happier. |

i know your pain. i had my xr repainted - a week later someone decided they were too lazy to put their shopping trolley away which then proceeded to quietly roll into my car, amongst all those indecent a$$ho1es that open their car door into mine... rrggh!
i lost my license for 7 months. I cleaned my car retrimmed my interior, put in a new stereo, cleaning and polishing, put some 19's on and detailed my car ready for the day i got my license back. one week after getting my license back a landcruiser reverse into me. The whole back end needs replacing and cant get into the panel beaters till 30-1-08

That sucks the fat one. Right before Christmas. I hope the panel beaters are on their game when they get round to yours.

It sucks hey.. Unfortunately i was naive to think that people actually cared as much about their cars as i did when i first got my car.. I used to park anywhere in the car park when i went out or to work and now i cringe when i see all the dents made by the many inconsiderate a$$holes.. I soon realised that if you want your car to be dent free, you have to part it in the most obscure car spot where no one car open their door into yours and as far as possible from those damned trolley bays!!
Btw can those dents on the side and door panels be easily fixed? I would love to get my car looking back the way it used to!!

I had the same area damaged twice, first off my dad reversed and the towbar hit that area, then some girl in a Celica overtook me on double white lines to go into a right turning lane that i was already poking into, sideswiped the front corner. I didn't catch the rego either.
My question is how that happened? Bit of rubbish, shopping trolley or biker? Give it a cut and polish for now and if it still irks you in a week go grab some quotes.

the ding, I'm pretty sure was from the rear door of a car parked along side of me.
The front was from the wheel nuts of a big truck. Happened going into Gladesville Macca's car park which was also a chaotic construction site but I can't really blame anyone but myself for that one. Bit of a pie in the sky thought, but would anyone know how much the LT front bars are and if the bracketry is the same as the LS? I like the design of the new ones better. yikes!
If the driving lights are the same as the LS, I might as well buy a new, unpainted one from Ford. |

Nothing to see really.
The Ding King is based in the Hills district. I'm glad he came yesterday coz he'll be pretty busy for a while I think. |
