Default What does this mean ?

Hi all, bought my first AU a few weeks ago.. 1999 series 1 Fairmont, my first Ford since my old 2 speed vacuum wiper XK Falcon in a former life.

It has this decal on the inside of the drivers door pillar, no-one seems to know what it is.

Anyone have any clues please

Thanks

Taz

I guess it depends on the model/year/month of manufacture as to how many recalls then, is there a list of recalls anywhere at all and do they always put the decals in the same place on the vehicle ?
