got this photo from my sister in NSW today, my brother in law caught this fish and two spanish mackeral before work early this morning,
i just sold my boat so maybe he's rubbing it in,/////////////// heres the details sent to me, A bit more therapy this morning. Caught these fish (Spanish Mackerel and Cobia) this morning before work on soft plastics. LG (Lifes good) woohooo......!! I was fishing with Barry and Daran (The Dark Side team) out of Barry's boat called Ultimatum. They caught 2 x yellowfin tuna and a mack tuna and Barry lost a big Cobia all in all a good 2 hour session and great way to start the working morning. >

Mackerel hit very hard, very good on the line. The cobia arent bad either, they have a tendency to run off again when you are just about to stick the gaff in
Had a massive cobia on a snapper rod last year near Keppel Island and the bugger ran off and broke 2 of the rod eyelets and snapped the line! Over in Vanuatu its amazing what they call "small" fish, that mack would be an average fish. Pretty much every sport fish you can imagine are there in good quantities |

Just returned from one weeks holiday fishing for barramundi at Lake Monduran.

fish stocking program is obviously working ,lol,
by the way they all practice catch and release guidlines as do all of his friends,unless of course they get hungry,haha

yer my brother in law went up for the weekend also . and he lives in hervey bay ya didnt go fishing with troy by any chance, he also rubbed it in now im not there.
