where he works and
the area he lives in
but i can't find a street name and number

any way i can find out the rest from what i have?

PM me the details and I might be able to get you info required tomorrow, but it depends on what phone company he is with.

Not a good idea to even put this much info in, as you have basically said you are willing to breach the privacy act, and being telecommunications it comes under the federal privacy act which has some pretty hefty penalties.

When I worked for Telstra I (along with thousands of other people) had access to a database which had the ability to search for anything to do with telco services, including addresses. Silent numbers meant nothing with this database, all details were available. Example, if you knew someone's name and street, you could go through the street house by house until you found the person you were looking for.
